DIS Dieters thread - 15th/30th November

Hi Girls

Im so sorry I havent been around, I have well and truly fell off the dieting wagon:confused:I had been doing so well, and I do get very annoyed with myself when I give up. Ive lost a total of 1 stone and 1lb, but my motivation has gone.

Ive had a very busy week and have eaten on the go which is no good at all, and Im dreading getting on the scales as I can already feel my clothes starting to get tighter and the bloated feeling come back again.

I will be along to encourage you all until Christmas and then I will start again in the new year, I just know its no good me saying I will try again before because I know I wont:sad2:

Well done everyone who has lost and stayed the same for the past couple of weeks and good luck to you all for the next week xxxx

I'm doing WW Pro Plan.....but not very well...I'm also putting on:scared1:

.....the trouble is, when I feel sorry for myself I eat Chocolate:eek:

well i went back to ww and have only put on 1/2lb- that was a shock seeing as i have been doing a lot of comfort eating and downing loads of alcohol!!
anyway, have been introduced to the new ww propoints :confused3 will have a good read about it tomorrow, see how it works :thumbsup2

I joined SW last week (again! :blush:) and had my first weigh in tonight and I lost 5lbs :cool1:
 

I'm annoyed to have to admit that my diet has gone well and truly out of the window this week (I have put on 1 lb) :blush: I've been snacking far too much, and I'm finding it hard to stay focused when I'm always feeling cold and hungry. So I think I'll leave the dieting till the New Year now, though I'll still be here to congratulate those who have lost or STS over the next few weeks
