It is a rumor that says Many Real Estate agents and town councils have said that Anonymous Disney Shareholders are purchasing plots of land in the Nerang Southport area on the Gold coast. Supposedly construction is to start late 2013-early 2014.

Just rumor I heard from a podcast that was submitted by a listener in Queensland.
