You need to change the header to January 10-14. Confused me at first. Also, I think general discussion can also happen here. If you want to use the Dis Dad site for the group reservation, that makes sense.

Suggested rules of the game.

Any discussion on room sharing or booking reservations should not be here. More appropriate to the Dis Dad and FB sites. General discussion including meet ups, overall banter and planning could be on all three.

Lots of discussions by various groups about meeting up and planning events occur all over the boards and this one would be appropriate. There will hopefully be a charitable element to the meet and our charity in the past was Give Kids the World. The Board owners are very supportive of that cause and would not have a problem with us discussing it here.

I don't think we need to change the name of the thread but my name isn't on the first post. I would like to keep the discussion going here because as the mother site, more traffic is generated here. The other sites are more appropriate for other discussions mentioned above.

Just my thoughts.
