I wondered if that is how people read my userid! I guess this answers that. The UP stands for Upper Peninsula (as in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan). When I first created it, I had no idea how it read. I should have stuck with my first thought Disney Yooper. Oh well. Too late.

I put it in my location after I realized how people might be reading my id. I'd have loved to see what you came up with for Yooper! If you are familiar with the U.P., you'd know the perfect type of individual to post to denote it. I'll be sticking around to see what new things you come up with. This really has given me some giggles for the day.

You think YOU have problems with how people read your username???? Be honest, what did you think mine said??? I was an internet newbie and had NO IDEA what I was getting into when DH said just make a user name that has to do with your love of scrapbooking. . .
