Just heard from the surgeron and ......................................

I'm non-invasive! I'm non-invasive! Yay!

So, my journey continues but it's a shorter path. I meet with the BS in two weeks for a post op and to find a radiologist.

I hope eveyone gets good news today!

More classroom work today. It's looking a little bit better.

DS16 WAS on the news twice last night. And he did get a close up. We watched it over and over needless to say! It was pretty funny!

Ann, happy end of radiation day!

Today is my surgery (definitely NOT the non-invasive kind), and it's my birthday! I'm looking to this in two ways: it's my way of insuring "many, many more" as they say, and secondly, it's a great day for new beginnings: ridding my body of cancer for once and for all, and a new day for health, fitness, faith and family!

See you all when I can get back on the computer! Until then, you're in my thoughts as we make strides on this journey together... Hugs!

Good wishes on your birthday and surgery day, Elenita. Prayers are with you. I recall Marie when she was in treatment after her surgery, she used to get very 'aggressive' with getting that cancer out of her body. She would like tell it to 'get out of here, cancer, get out of my body, you good for nothing thing'. Attitude is so much of the process, a good attitude, a winning attitude. She looked at each drop of chemo, each ray of radiation, as another bullet towards her invader. You go, Elenita!!!!!!
