DIS-a-Palooza (DAP) - Where are you staying?

OK, so now I have two, count 'em two, reservations for DAP! I have one at Pop thru DU, and then I started thinking about it and thought maybe I would use DVC points after all.....and include my mother, who could watch the kids during such things as DATW, perhaps. DVC availability was limited, but I did manage to snag a studio at BCV (possibly to be upgraded to a 1 BR if I decide to bring my mom along).

What say you? Pop or BCV using points??? Looking for advice/enabling!

My family and I will be at the Fort Wilderness Cabins from Dec 5-16th, and my mother will join us at AKL from Dec. 9-15.

First visit for us all, can't wait!

You can't beat the location of BCV. On the other hand, a lot of DISers seem to be staying at Pop. But unless everyone is staying in the same building, you might not see the others.

I think that I would vote for BCV since it would be so convient for DATW. I'm impressed that you were able to snag a studio inside the 7 month window!

Grew up in Bangor, live in vicksburg spends lots of time in portage/Kalamazoo! Great area.

I was thinking the same thing! And even if I end up coming with the kids on my own, the Sandcastle Club is right there - no dealing with buses after DATW! I was also impressed I could get BCV - the only other resort with more than 2 of the 4 nights I wanted was SSR and I really want to stay at BCV!
