Directions WDW to Sanford airport?

We're driving to WDW a week ahead of my dh who will be flying into Sanford Airport on Dec. 27(Sat.). What is the easiest route to Sanford and about how long will it take to get there from the Polynesian? Will it take longer due to the holiday time?

During the Christmas busy period, I would get to the Central Florida GreeneWay (State Route 417), either Exit 2 (Celebration/Route 192) or Exit 3(Osceola Parkway), go north to exit 49, and drive east 2.8 miles on Lake Mary Blvd. to the airport. You could go directly up I-4 to the airport but during Christmas, there is no telling how the traffic would be. It should cost about $5.00 in tolls on the Greeneway (417), but to many it is well worth the expense.

Depending on the traffic and time of day, it would take less than an hour.
