Directions to Mc Dill AFB from Okw

Hi there,

We are going on our annual vacation to Disney, and my wife would like to shop in the BX at Mc Dill AFB or any other closer stores. Any direction would be a great help.

I have no clue how to get there, but sites such as Mapquest are great for this sort of thing. I'd suggest trying that for directions.

MacDill AFB is in Tampa..a good hour, hour and a half west of WDW. Take I4 west into Tampa. Stay on I4 until it connects to I275. Take I275 south until you reach the exits for Dale Mabry highway. Take the south-bound exit for Dale Mabry (the second exit) and just keep heading south on Dale Mabry highway. just keep driving south..it's a ways down the highway. Eventually you will get to the checkpoint for MacDill. From there, ask directions to the PX.
