Directions from Universal to Disney Contemporary Resort

Hey everyone! I need some help with directions from the Contemporary Resort at WDW, to Universal Studios.

My mom printed out directions from Mapquest which takes us onto I-4, however she believes to have heard in the past about a back way?

What is the quickest possible way to get to and from Universal? I'm trying to make it in time for a Beetlejuice Show tomorrow, since we'll be making it to Orlando mid-afternoon, and have little to no time to spare. I have priorities, people! LOL

Anyway, any help will be appreciated.

The back way isn't needed anymore.
Plus there are cops who give tickets on Turkey Lake Road.
There are extra lanes of traffic on I-4, so it won't be bad.
