My 82 year old father will be driving up from Boca Raton to join us at Bonnet Creek soon. I'm supposed to give him directions, but I want to make sure that they are easy to understand and follow. Can anyone help me? I'm trying to come up with written directions and a map for him.

TIA for any help!:goodvibes

go to mapquest, yahoomaps or google and type in the beginning address and the ending address, they will give you turn by turn instructions.

Grab the Florida Turnpike from wherever he's located in Boca, take that all the way to exit 249 (Osceola Pkway),go west towards Disney, get off the Osceola Pkway at 535 (Apopka Vineland rd),turn right to go north, when he goes under the I-4 overpass get on the left lane and turn left at Hotel Plaza blvd,Hotel Plaza will become Buena Vista dr and go by the front of Downtown Disney, after you pass DTD you will see the Epcot Center dr overpass, get on the left lane to turn as you will see Bonnet Creek on the left. This in my opinion is the easiest, less traffic way to go from South Florida to Disney.I know because I live in South Florida and go to Orlando 10-15 times a year,I know probably 5-8 other ways to get up there but this is the easiest. He will encounter tolls on the Turnpike($11-$15) and the Osceola parkway($3-$4,I think) depending if he's using sunpass or not.I usually get off the turnpike at exit 242 in Kissimmee to avoid the extra tolls in the Osceola Pkway so I can't remember for sure how much the tolls in the Osceola Pkwy are, exit 242 is US 192 and is free but has more traffic, but you can access 535 from there.

Thanks so much for your help! I did a mapquest, but it seemed like there must have been a less complicated way to get there. I'll print out your directions and highlight it on a map.;)
