You have to call them to book friends and family tickets. They are also capacity controlled. You also must book a round trip ticket.
With that being said, we are using them for holiday travel. We booked in June and got two of the heaviest travel days of the year. We actually had to change a date and there was a $50 change fee.
End result, we paid about $75 each way to travel on days that most airlines are charging $250-$350 each way to fly.
We flew them last year with delays, but got where we needed to go. I liked it better when they were using those Virgin Airline Planes. Those were so nice. The fleet they charter now is not as nice. One had to be the oldest plane I have seen in years and years. The staff is very nice and I like using the smaller airports. One is so close to our house that we go, check in 2.5 hours ahead, go back home and relax and get back about 30 minutes before flight time. For some reason they get all upset if you do not check in at least an hour ahead. Since we usually fly busy days, we go early to check in to make sure we are not bumped.
Good luck.
