Directair? 50% off airfare

Anyone actually went on Directair? There's flights starting in November from Plattsburgh to Lakeland, fl (inbetween tampa and orlando). I'm wondering what people's exeriences are.

The airfare for 4 of us with the 50% off is $615 (return) for January 2012 which is pretty good but because I'm not sure of the airline's reputation, I'm a little cautious of jumping on the deal.

Oh for those interested, the code is MAYFARE, until may 17.

I've been wondering the same thing. Have to figure out the logistics of getting to the resort without Magical Express. The savings are too good to ignore.

I considered it for our early December trip, but I don't feel comfortable booking with such a small airline this far out. With fuel prices going up, I think that small airlines like this are going to struggle, and no doubt there will be some that don't make it. If I were booking a last minute trip, I'd probably take my chances, but I'm not willing to take the chance at this point.

Now, if only I could find good fares on one of the other airlines out of BUF soon.

I would consider it. Would there not be protection from your ccredit card?? or if yoiu went thru a travel agent. I have been looking at the web site.. but cannot seem to get the discount...the price remains the same if I add the promo code or not

The price shows at regular price until you go to the next step. It's a steal. Unfortunately, I booked a few weeks ago, but still only paid $800 for the 4 of us for next January. The airport assures me all car rental agencies will be set up and waiting by the time the flights start from their airport. There is also a link to a transportation service offered from the airport.
