If you had a great stay there now just wait until all the restaurants are open again and hopefully they bring back Coney Island Chris and all the other street performers. It’s really special there and one of our favorite places too.

Holy crap you got outbid at full price? Did they initiate a bidding war and that’s why it went above asking? I hate that. I guess they changed their policy because last time I got outbid because I did bid below asking and broker told me someone else bid before me and bid asking so it was closed immediately. $165 is insane but I did notice BWV creeping up this past month so make me feel good about closing on $145 which I thought was a poor deal but it was the right size small contract I wanted (75pts) and correct uy.
Yes. We actually put in an offer of $155 and within 2 minutes were told to come back at final and best. So we came up to full ask of $165, and it actually went for $170. The prices are getting crazy!
