I'll take up to 100 points at a decent resale price. And, I'll offset the cost by dumping one of my own smaller contracts from another resort. It's starting to come together in my mind.

Sounds like a great plan! That is a strategy I have used before. Make a profit and buy a contract that better fits you. I've never thought of this as a one time one contract thing since 1996. How often do you replace a car? Do it!

Yes. I have a Vero contract that I never use for 11 months as I go there very infrequently and mostly off season. Switching that contract would basically cost commission and title fees.

Anyway, we won't worry about selling until we find the one to buy. I would rather have both contracts then sell and have a difficult time replacing.
