So, our first choice hotel was not available when we booked the bounceback. I made my first attempt at switching today and was told by the CM on the reservation line that he was not authorized to change my reservation becaue of the code used and that he needed to transfer me to another office. Well, I waited and waited and waited, finally he came back and said no one was answering the phone. I asked him if he would give me the direct line so I could call back when my little one was less unhappy and he said he couldn't give me a direct line. Nor would he give the department name. He said to call back, explain it again and they would transfer me.
Is it Guest Service he was calling, do you think? Or, has anyone else scored a direct number? I know others here have made changes. I am just hoping to make this a slightly more efficient phone call ... my phone time is very limited with my toddler who is half trouble-seeking monkey and half teething crank!
