Direct incentives - add on tool

When I see incentives mentioned via the add-on tool, it says to contact your agent. Riviera, VGF, and Aulani list the incentive chart, but there are a few where it tells you contact the agent. (Poly, BLT, for instance)

Do they do this just to get you in contact? Does anyone know what those incentives are?

They do that because those incentives are small and based on what is in stock so they can change at anytime.

Somewhere there may be info you can find without calling.

I used add-on tool yesterday (Thanksgiving). Anyone know if DVC sales is open on Black Friday? I haven't heard anything yet....wondering if I should call instead? We haven't done an add-on since like 2011? We had Tim Grabman. Anyone know if he is still there? Thanks!

I would call and ask for your old guide. They will transfer you to his phone if he hasn't retired.

Thank you. I just did this and Tim has left the company. I now have a new guide and completed my add-on in under 20 minutes
