Direct Debit Question

I have OKW and SSR points, same membership. I've been enrolled in direct debit for a few years. In the past dues were taken out on the 1st of the month. They were taken out separately but the same day. I just noticed that this year they are taking the OKW dues on the 1st and the SSR dues on the 15th. Has anyone else had the same thing happen.

Something may be wrong but not clear. If in the past years, all dues were being taken at the beginning of the month, that should continue except for one annual exception. The first month dues for Jan for any given year are always taken mid-Jan even if you usually have dues taken at the first of the month. Thus, what should have occurred in your situation is that both OKW and SSR Jan dues were taken mid-Jan and then Feb dues for both should have been taken early Feb. If that is not what has occurred then you may need to contact accounting to see why your payment schedule was changed.

They were both taken out on the 15th in January. OKW 2nd payment was taken out on 2/1 and say's the next payment is scheduled on 3/1. SSR hasn't been taken out yet for February and it says the next payment is scheduled on 2/15. It's weird.
