Just my humble opinion, but the names and presentations tend to be "fancier" then the food itself? There is little that is very spicy or exotically flavored and certainly not strongly. Not that that will convince your friend, but it is worth just ordering something that fits the profile. Typically every entree is a meat, chicken or sea food dish. They do enjoy playing things crazy!

There's almost always a chicken or beef dish on the menu every night.

I've seen in threads people mentioning there are schwarmas available. Is that on the other ships or can we get that on the Wonder too? Also there's a rice bowl station? Is that up with the other quick service restaurants?

There was a shwarma station on the Magic beside the bar on the pool deck on our Northern European cruise in summer 2015 that replaced the taco station. No idea if it's there now or if it's on the Wonder as well. There was no taco or shwarma station on the Fantasy on our recent Caribbean cruise.

The Wonder has the shwarma station next to Petes Boiler Bites. They had lamb or chicken each day I went. A lot of toppings are available.
