We did this twice and I thought there was a photo taken but they're not in our MM. are there ride photos??

A friend rode Dinosaur twice on Monday, the 28th, and no photos were in her account either.

My first thought was that her MB, which is 2 years old, no longer had long-range capability. Now, it appears the ride/photo sensor may not be working?

Stopping by the touchpoint at the end of rides is probably the only way to ensure photos link in MDE.

You may be able to have a CM find them. There is a process on the MM website to request missing pictures. If you can provide date, time, and colors you were wearing they may be able to find them. They found our missing TT pics from May. But you have to make the request within 30 days I think.

Ours didn't show up for Dinosaur either over Thanksgiving break. The mickey head under our ride photo was out of order so we couldn't tap our MB. Asked the CMs at the photo purchase desk and they said it would automatically get to our photopass but it did not.
