Dinning reservations window now open but ??? about BE MY GUEST

Well I wanted to give everyone an update.

We called the reservation number on Saturday for booking the dining venues for our vacation.

Originally we had booked Tony's in Magic Kingdom, for Friday, since we were not able to get Be Our Guest.

So we explained to them how this year was going to be our retirement celebration and we wanted our last night to be memorable and would love to eat at Be our Guest.
And especially so since for the third year in a row trying to get this venue we were not able........My DH continued talking with her--------" it is like the Magic is gone."

Well one hold lead to another and they took our name and number and asked us what time would be convenient for us and we said 5:30 - 6:30.

The attendant told us she would get back to us within 5 days.

About 3 hours later, we received a phone call and we were confirmed for our November 2 at Be Our guest at 5:30pm.

And the telephone attendant wished us a Magical day.

I am so glad we called and got someone who worked with us....

Letters are being written with kind words of appreciation to Jane for her assistance.

And if Jane was not her real name, they can track her down thru our reservation number for booking us.


So pleased we are able to get all the dining venues we wanted.

Monday The Crystal Palace 5;15

Tuesday Rainforest Cafe Animal Kingdom 6:00

Wednesday Narcoossee's Grand Floridian 5:45

Thursday Raglan Road Irish pub Restaurant Dinner 6:30

Friday Be OUR Guest 5:30pm.



Thrilled about our selection --some old favorites and some new to try.


The Magic is Back..




Now we have a challenge at hand, we will be at sea in Alaska when we can book our FP, looks like we will be getting up at 4am., phone in hand to get what we want.

Should have timed the Alaskan cruise better.


Oh well love challenges.

That's awesome they were able to do that for you. It's never worked for me when trying to get a reservation not available. Really happy for you! Enjoy your trip

I was told from a manager that table service resturants do not have to be released at 180 for party nights. We are going in August and Cinderllas Royal Table is still not released yet. I was told it would be soon. So if you call ask to speak with a manager because the cast members dont have that information they just see the seats arent available but the manager can differentiate between already booked/sold out and not yet released.

Just out of curiosity, did you book Royal Table for a different night until the party night reservations open? I'm going the week the MVMCP begins and the dinner reservations haven't been released for that either so I was curious what people tend to do in that situation. Thank you!

I actually flipped my plans and have CRT for breakfast and crystal palace for dinner now. Once CRT dinner opens I will cancel those

Heck, I can't even book breakfast , much less dinner. No tables for 3 from Sept 15-21 at all.
