dinning plan and contemperory

Hi I have reservations for the contemperary in Dec. Do you think there will be construction and will the game room be open., Also does it pay to upgrade to deluxe dinning. 2 of the things we want to do is the hooptydoo the luau and oh yeah the chef mickey which requires 2 meals used. Does it pay to purchase them seperate and save your meals. any tips welcome

You may want to split these questions up and ask them on the Disney Resort Board and the Disney Dining Plan board. You will find DIS experts there that should be able to help you out.

Chef Mickey only takes 1.
Personally, I like the idea of the deluxe but I also have never used any meal plan. PP is right that you will get much more of a response on the dining boards
