Dinner with an Imagineers?

This might not be the place to,ask this but... My daughter wants to work for Disney and we're looking at dinner with an imagineer at DHS. Has anyone done this and is it worth it?

I've done it... Total nerd and I love the behind the scenes stuff. It was expensive, but for me, I felt it was worth the splurge. Very fun/cool experience.

DS has done lunch several times and LOVED it. Perfect for her, have her take lots of questions, often other guests have none.

DS literally just cancelled his Dining with Imagineer LUNCH Friday, January 27th for one ......... 5 minutes ago.

Looking to do this for our September trip, so I'm often doing "dry runs" to look for availability. Never see anything available at 180 days, so I'm figuring they hit the system later. but I never see anything at 150, 120, or 90 days, either. Is there any patterns as to when these reservations go live? (I did this as a solo a couple years ago, and had no problem getting a spot, but I can't recall how I did it or when.)
