The only table service restaurant that I'm aware of with views of Illuminations is Rose & Crown (I believe you can see it from the Mexico counter service establishment outside). However, there is no guarantee at the Rose & Crown you will get an outside table on the patio. However, there is an area on the patio that patrons sitting inside can go and stand outside to see the show.

I think the Rose and Crown has seating for a view of illuminations. We ate there but not during the show, it was nice.

Thank you both for your responses. I had a feeling that the Rose and Crown was the only TS with a view.

I think you can see it from the 2nd floor (nicer) restaurant in France and years ago (8 or 9 probably) I watched it from the lounge part of the restaurant in Japan. I don't know if that even still exists though.

rose and crown if you can get an outside view the best. not always able to get this view.

Tokyo Dining has some excellent views of Illuminations. Its a gamble as not all tables in there do. But if you sit at or near the window, you have an unobstructed, second story view. They pipe the music into the restaurant. Its a great place to eat and the view is nice as well!

And to clarify, this is Tokyo Dining, not Tepan Edo. Its not a group seating kind of thing where they cook your food in front of you.

We had a view of Illuminations from the front room of Chefs de France. I'm not sure if there's anything going on on the lake, but if it's just fireworks, or you just want to see the fireworks, you can do it from Chefs. It was great! We had a 7:50pm reservation and saw the 9pm show just as we were being served dessert.

Thanks...ate next door at the Hibachi side, so I never realized the view from the regular table side. Thanks! Great info!

WOW, what a nice way to end the evening. Sounds wonderful! Will definately have to make Chefs apart of my list. Thanks!
