We were thinking of trying the Sci Fi for either a late lunch or early dinner on our Dec. trip. Are the menus the same for lunch and dinner or do they change? If anyone can give us any reviews we would appreciate it. We have a 4 and 6 year old who would think it is really cool to eat in a "car".
thanks!

There's a lot of difference -- don't trust the wdwig menus on this one. Lunch is more sandwich/salad oriented and dinner is things like steak, salmon and ribs. Of course, dinner prices also are higher. I hate to say it, but this is not one of Disney's better restaurants either. Our party had a steak, a burger, ribs, salmon and a kids' hotdog -- I would recommend staying away from the burger and the salmon. If you really want to try it, I would definitely do lunch.

We were there a few weeks ago for dinner and were not impressed with the food at all (the ribs were terrible) & we found the menu very limited. The kids thought the setting was unique but that was about it. We wouldn't eat there again.

We were never overly fond of the food here either.....I'm sure you will get plenty of opinions....you may want to consider the Sci Fi for a desert only....the shakes are very good.
Just a suggestion.

Sci-Fi is a great place for a good time. Fantastic ambience.....era 50's 'B' Sci-fi moveis. Great fun....so for the experience not for the food. Sandwiches, salads, etc. are fine. IMHO, most kids will enjoy the experience!
