We have pre registered but I didn't see a place to pick a dinner time nor did I see what time we got. How do we know which time we have and is there a way to change it before boarding?

You will have selected either Main seated (early) or Second seating (late) as part of the reservation process.

If you didn't, you can go back to your reservation and see what dining preference has been placed there. Click on "change" if it's not the one you want.
