Just a heads up when I moved from the Fantasy to a B2B Dream they put me on the waitlist for early dining on 1 of the 2 cruises. It got updated this morning with the new time. I had been checking as well to see if I could ever switch it myself.
Others might know this or maybe this is new but it seems right now they are holding dining times and going through to give the request to those on the waitlist for switching dining time.
Note - you can switch dining times on the website not the app yourself (if its available)
