Hi everyone :goodvibes

I am in two minds on booking one of the dinner shows for our next trip

What are everyone's throughts on Hoop Dee Doo and Spirit Of Aloha?

I am really not too fussed about the food as I wouldn't really expect too much from that but what are your thoughts on the shows?

We aren't big fans of getting dragged into the 'action' but like to have a laugh (from a safe distance) and this is slightly putting me off HDDR

Do you share tables at both of these shows or would you have a seperate table for two?

Love to hear what you all think

Linda :)

We had a table for 2 at HDDR and we were not dragged into the action.

We really enjoyed it - we liked the food and the show :goodvibes

We love the hoop de doo, the foods not the greatest but the show is brill. We were in cat 2 seating and never got dragged to take part, and also never shared a table and there were 5 of us. We haven't been to aloha but are going this year and also back to hoop de doo as we enjoyed it that much

Thanks for the info :thumbsup2
We are going to be staying at WL so it's nice and easy for us to get there so I think we will give it a go

Another vote for HDDR. We loved it, food was nice, entertainment excellent and atmosphere outstanding. No push to join in although lots of American families were almost begging to be chosen while checking in.

We agree that food is not the be all and end all at the shows and are trying the Spirit of Aloha as well as HDDR next trip as we are on the DXDP and it seemed the ideal opportunity while the children are stillyoung enough to not particularly want a 2ts meal.

I can't stay I particularly enjoyed either of them but my vote would go with HDDR too for the entertainment value and the fact it's indoors with aircon!

We're trying to decide which one to book too. Is HDDR more for children than Spirit of Aloha? Decisions decisions:confused:

We did Spirit of Aloha and thought it was quite bad. The show they put on wasn't good or entertaining and the food was mediocre.
