Dinner Shows Online?

My wife wants Luau reservations for her birthday on our upcoming trip in October. Trying to make them online, I cannot make a reservation past August 20. I check for all the dinner shows (hoop de doo, Mickey's BBQ) and see that none of them are letting me select dates past August 20? Is this standard for the dinner shows?

What dates are you trying to reserve?

I tried the dates of my trip Oct 16 - 21st and was able to bring up reservations for Hoop each day, but nothing shows available for Mickey for the two days it runs that week.
