Is dinner rotation assigned prior to the cruise? Is this something we should request from our travel agent? Thanks.

In general, this information isn't available to you until you check in. I vaguely recall reading that those with concierge level cabins can make a specific request. Others might feel differently, but our experience made me feel that no matter where you are on a given night, the servers make it a great time!
