I have 9 rooms booked at BWV for OCT. Some family members want to have dinner ressies. Do I need to make these or can they meake their own through Disney dining? No dining plans involved. Just a ressie here and there.

They can make them. When I rented points, I had the resort reservation number and made them myself. In addition, you don't even need a resort reservation to make the ressie unless you want to take advantage of the 180 +10.
