Dinner reservations / now what?

My dinner reservations have been lost! I called to add on, they said add to wait. I gave them the res. code. I gave them my number. They could not be found. Im sure I wrote them down properly!

Any suggestions. I tried all my phone numbers!! Nothing showed. At least my DVC Reservation was still in place.

Please advise me on what we should do. I was told to go through concierge when I arrive to Saratogo, they may could assist me. Is this true. Is there a post where people are not going to keep the ADR for dining and you can take the place of them. Please help. Thanks. Justin

Unacceptable. Did you explain to the CM the "situation"? did you have a record of your res#'s/times/locations. Were any solutions offered to you?

They do have a thread over there in Restaurants for trade,exchange 'n cancel, here's the one for March, ask 'em where the one is for Feb. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2021926

I hear that some people call the morning of each day and ask where there's an availability and that's how they decide where to go that day.
But I'm with you, I'd be upset that those original ADRs are missing, especially if that's what you had your lips ready for.

How many ADRs did you have? Did you have the confirmation numbers written down for all of them? Did they try searching under your name as well as the confirmation numbers?

I've never heard of anyone losing several ADRs like this before, hope it gets sorted out for you.

Dinner at Chef Mickeys.

this happened to us on our first trip. However, we figured out that they had just misspelled our last name (multiple ways!) so they were all there, just under different spellings. The CM at the resort was able to sort it all out for us. Hope this works out for you...it created some very stressful moments for us!
