Dinner packages.

How does it work if you are on the DP? Last trip 2008 we did the Candle light dinner. This is our first trip with the DP, so can you use a TS credit and up pay for the show? or can you only book this as a complete package, paying for dinner and the show together?

The CP reservation is a package - dinner and the show. Last year, it was 2 TS credits on the dining plan for all the restaurants and show times. I assume it will stay the same this year.

Yeap I knew it was a package but I was wondering how they would charge for it, makes sense doing the TS credits to cover, although probably not the best use of 2 TS credits. Thanks for the info.

There is no separate admission at all for the Candlelight Processional show. When you choose the dining package what you're paying for is "preferred access" to seating, meaning you will be allowed into the theater before persons who did not purchase a dining package.

So we can't break down the components of the package into the cost of dinner and the cost of the show - there is no cost for the show, and they don't sell the preferred seating outside of the packages. So no, you can't get the preferred access to the show unless you purchase the dining package.

Last year all Candlelight packages were two DDP credits per person, no exceptions, regardless of which restaurant you chose and whether the meal served was lunch or dinner.
