Which would you choose? We are looking at The Plaza. We had a couple of quetions about it. Do you know if you can get any dessert of the menu on the DDP. Also if we did add a salad like on the menu, would that be covered on the DDP or DDXP?

Or our second option is Tonys. Most likely we would get a steak and chicken parm.

We are just looking for good quality food and a great dessert.

I know this is not the common oppinion on here but we always choose Tony's. We like the atmosphere (I Love Lady and the Tramp) and we like the food.
No salad or apps on the regular dDDP anymore though.

We liked Tony's the past few times we went. It's not the most fabulous Italian food you'll ever have, but I'd call it Olive Garden Plus.
The only thing I did NOT like at all was the pistachio creme brulee, so I stole my husband's dessert and made him eat mine. Other than that, our meal was very good. Although I would have liked a glass of red wine with my dinner, but that's Magic Kingdom Dining.

I have to say Tony's too. The food was pretty good and the dessert was awesome! I got this lemon cake thing last year and oh my goodness...sooooooo good!

Probably not gonna get that at the Plaza. It is ok but not great,

We ate at the Plaza and were disappointed with the food and the service. We ended up going OOP instead of using DDP b/c the value wasn't there.

We won't go back to the Plaza. You'd probably do better somewhere else.

But, just my opinion.

Best Wishes!

We always eat at the Plaza & we've never had any problems. I usually get a burger & then I think I got the Apple Charlotte for dessert & it was yummy! My mom & I always like it... but then again, we don't really care for Tony's...

We have not tried Tony's but I would like to, don't know if I could get DH to approve. :confused3

But we have ate at Liberty Tree Tavern and we found it to be very good.

Would you consider eating outside the park ? For good quality food and great desserts, Kona would be my choice. And it's only a few monorail stops away.

We like Tony's (and we do NOT like Olive Garden, Carrabbas, etc.). Our second choice in LTT for dinner in MK.
