Dinner Menu at Lunch?

Anyone ever order from the dinner menu at lunch on the DDP? Just wondering if this can be done.

Mama Melrosa's let me do this b.c i didnt care for anything on their lunch menu, we asked out waitress if we could and she went and asked the chef, and said it was fine. I guess it really all depends if the chef wants to do it or not.

It depends on the restaurant...In most places you can generally order a lunch item at dinner, but not a dinner item at lunch.Sometimes you get lucky.

It does depend on the restaurant...I tried to order a lunch item at dinner at Tutto Italia and got a sorry, no can do....
(I think pretty much everything there is not made to order, as the orders come out within less than 10 minutes of ordering....)
