Dinner Menu at 2pm?

Hi, can anyone with specific knowledge of Kona Cafe tell me if they will allow us to order from the dinner menu at this early of a time? I called Disney and the best answer I could get from them is that they MAY let us order from the dinner menu. Any way for me to find out definitely?

There is really no way to directly contact a Disney restaurant. But from previous experience, items that are only listed on a dinner menu will generally not be available at lunch, and vice versa.
