Dinner in the Victoria Room

DH and I have dinner booked at V&A for the Victoria room Saturday night. I believe our seating is at 5:00. What time can we expect to be done. We are in no hurry, but I was thinking that if the timing worked well we might stroll around GF and maybe try to watch the fireworks from the dock.

Do they have the soundtrack playing at the dock?

The expectation for the CT is about 4 hours, and I think the QVR would be about the same. If the fireworks are at 10:00 there should be no problem at all; if they are a 9, forget about them.
