Dinner in or near Downtown Disney

We plan to spend a day at DD, mainly in Disney Quest. We have never been to DD before. What restaurant would work for 2 adults in the area? Are any of the Downtown Hotels/restaurants within walking distance?

There are several restaurants at DTD. We ate at Planet Hollywood on our most recent trip ... it was okay. There is also an Irish pub (Raglan something or another) that is supposed to be good, as well as a Wolfgang Puck's, Bongos, and a couple others.

There are a number of restaurants in the Westside of DD(Disney Quest is on that side) including Wolfgang Puck, House of Blues and Bongos. There are also a number of restaurants in the Marketplace, and in the Pleasure Island area of DD, so you have quite a variety from which to choose. If you go onto allearsnet.com and click on Dining and then on the Downtown Disney link on the left side of the page, you will find a listing of the DD eateries and their menus.

DH and I have eaten at Wolfgang Puck Cafe and at Bongos. Both have excellent food although I do favor Wolfgang Puck.

There are a number of hotels within walking distance of DD on Buena Vista Drive and they are serviced by Disney bus transportation.

Wolfgang Puck Cafe is almost directly in front of Disney Quest. I would definately recommend Wolfgang, good food, not too bad on price.

Several nice spots--Raglan Road, House of Blues, Portobello Yacht Club are the 3 we like the best.
