I think we'll definitely have to try out Boma.

One question on the Dining Plan - why did they do away with including the appetizers and gratuities? I'm not too upset about the appetizers, but it was so nice knowing that the tips were included as well. On our last trip, I talked with some of the servers who were very happy that the tip was included and the amount of the tip (around 18% I believe). I'm sure the servers aren't getting 18% from everyone.

I agree with dale-not-chip (what's wrong with chip, anyway? ), the dropped the price a whole dollar!! and dropped 2 of the best perks.
offering the free dining was wise cause it got us hooked. we NEVER had the DDP before (always eat snadwiches or coffe cake in the room, food court, hot dogs, etc.) and seldom ate at sit down restaurants. but once we had a taste for it! we then PURCHASED the DDP, justifying it by the great deal. (we normally would NOT spend that much in a day for the 2 of us, and I mean the $38 per person per day). now, ESPECIALLY without the tip, we probably will not purchase it again. 20% of 7 sitdown meals is probably more than we would spend on eating anyway. and I REFUSE to stiff the server. (I'm sure lots of people now tip them 10-15%, and I'lll bet lots are confused and still think the tip is included. and boy! do peopl bash the servers if they dare point out that it's not!)
(I also wish they gave you a choice of apetizer or dessert, but that's not such a big deal)
say "hi!" to the animals at AKL for me!!! and don't forget to get a flalfel and DEFININTELY a ZEBRA DOME!!!

I guess it's always about the money.

We still like the DDP though. It's nice knowing that at the end of a long day, you'll have a nice place to sit down and have a nice dinner.
