we are going to be going in about a month with my in laws and my sister in law and my husband i decided that we need to do a few meals on our own, just so we can have some time together.
what restaurants would you recommend for Date night?

Look at the menus on the website (Disney - all the restaurants you can pull up the menus) or allears.net to see what appeals to you. Also depends on what park you want to do that evening, if any!
I'd skip a buffet if you want to be more waited on; at a buffet you'll spend a bit of time walking up to get your food.
We did Bistro de Paris (now Monsieur Paul) once - it was fun! Expensive, but an amazing meal (with the kids). DH wouldn't even let me see the bill! We did the wine pairings too!
Mexico - food for us sucked, but the ambiance was cool.
I'm sure others will chime in, but really depends on what you all enjoy! Epcot has lots of interesting offerings. Some resorts do too!

1) For romance on Adult Date Night,
. . . Artist Point (WL)
. . . Jiko (AKL)
. . . Citricos (GF)
. . . Monsieur Paul's (France, Epcot)
2) Due to HIGH noise levels, I would avoid
. . . Cali Grill (CR)
. . . Narcoossee's (GF)
. . .

i made valentines day reservations at the boathouse located at DTD it's new and I wanted a restraunt that served steak plus side I can walk off the dinner after with a walk around the stores

For a month from now I would first check on what is still available to book. It is a bit late.
We love Raglan Road - but it is loud and not at all romantic. We are going to Yachtsman Steakhouse this year and I am looking forward to it.

If money is no object, then Victoria & Albert's

Below that, I would suggest Artist Point then Jiko for a Date Night Dinner at WDW.

Enjoy!

I would pick a Epcot TS or Just Snack around the World and maybe enjoy Illuminations with just your DH.

Jiko - very pretty restaurant, great wine list, great food, and very laid back. You won't feel rushed at all.

Another good one would be San Angel in Epcot. The tables are a little crowded, but it is a beautiful setting, and the food is tasty as are the margaritas!

Artist Point would be my first choice. Any of the signature restaurants at the resorts would fill in the rest of my list.
