Done a few, none of them that good. Just choose one based on their rating and the what they offer that appeals to you. No point recommending what are universally sub par experiences.
I can recommend the James Craig during the NYE fireworks but that’s about it.

I've ever only been on one that was chartered for a birthday party, and one for a hens night. They were a lot of fun, but more because of the company than because of the dinner cruise.
