Dinner- beverage and coffee?

Usually at dinner, my husband will order a beverage (like iced tea) and then order coffee with dessert. Is this included in the plan? Just want to know what to expect; not a problem to pay OOP. Thanks

Good question, some restuarants will let you switch for free and some will charge you for your coffee. If it matters ask first. Paying a few dollars for the coffee never really bothered me. I wouldn't ask for a list from posters because I suspect the policy may change from time to time and maybe even from server to server.
