Dinner at world showcase restaurants, how late

I know world showcase closes at 9:00 but how late is the latest dinner reservations that we can get at most places?

Usually last seating is AT closing time. We were able to get 9pm ressies on a 9pm closing night one night. Was cool to be able to walk out to a nearly deserted park after.

Last December, we had a 9:10 P.M. ressie at Le Cellier on a Thursday night. Like the last poster, it was AWESOME to walk out of there with the crowd gone. Now we try to schedule ALL our Epcotian dinners late, except for maybe one night to watch Illuminations...
