dinner at the golden corral?

hey, couple of questions about the golden corral. what time does dinner stop serving, and is it again like breakfast, where you can just help yourself to stuf?. any food for kids there, we were going to do it this year (as we always went for breakfast) but guess we didon't know what to expect
