Friends are planning to have dinner at Ohana before attending MNSSHP. They are driving to the Polynesian. Can they park there and go on to the party after dinner or do they need to re-park the car at TTC?

Whenever I have parked at the Poly to visit or eat, I have always been given a pass to put in the window with the time on it. I think there was a time limit on it (2 hours I think), but I have never had anything happen when I have left it longer.

If they are worried about it, park in the TTC first and walk to the Poly.

:) We have been in this exact situation before. What worked best for us was just to park at the TTC and catch the resort monorail to the Poly, no need to move the car. Parking at resorts for those who are not guests of that resort is limited to 3 hours - they will give you a parking pass for that long only, and if the car is still there when the pass expires, you get towed (at least, thats the official line). However, I believe if you use valet parking, you can park as long as you want. (Not 100 % sure, never tried, maybe someone can confirm that.)
