Other sit-down restaurants include Tony's, Cinderella Royal Table (although it is a fixed menu at breakfast) and Liberty tree Tavern (again a fixed menu at dinner). Crystal Palce is a buffet.
But stonewall1, you'll love all the dining choices on the monorail circuit. Be sure to try Kona. We also love California Grill, Citricos, Narccoossee's and the epitome of fine dining at WDW IMO...Victoria and Albert's.
If you are looking for a buffet option, my two personal favorites, The Crystal Palce and Chef Mickey' s, would be easy to get to. Chef Mickey's is a blast, esp. with kids and The Crystal Palace has great food.
Another vote for CP! Food was good, service was excellent and being able to see Pooh and friends while we were eating and having them come around for autographs and pictures was a dream come true for DS...and for ME!
