Dinner at Kouzzina -- How long to dine???

We have a 6:35 p.m. dinner ADR at Kouzzina. Just wondering how long a typical meal is. It's a Sunday night in August and we'd like to scoot over to DHS to see the 9 o'clock Fantasmic. Think we'll make it??? We're planning on walking or taking the boat!

If you have the waiter that I had a couple of weeks ago, plan on at least 2 hours for your meal. We sat down at 7:00, and we didn't get out of there until 9:15 (and we were hoping to watch Illuminations fireworks from the bridge). He completely ignored our table, didn't refill drinks, and ignored us waving him over for the check, etc.

I saved all of the receipts, so I'll have to find his name and report back.

What is it with the wait staff there??? I hear such negative things. Appreciate the name if you have it. I just don't know how I'd ask for another person!!!

When we went in August we had a 6pm reservation got seated right away and got out just in time to walk out cross the bridge to epcot and see the illuminations show. That was at 9pm. So 3 hours.
