Dinner at Epcot WS - R&C or TD?

Our last night will see us having dinner in Epcot WS. The ADR's that were at the top of my list aren't available at the time we'd like to eat so I think the best choices for us at the moment are: Rose & Crown or Tokyo Dining. I know the food is very different at both, we love both sushi and English food, but I wondered which would be a better meal/higher quality?

If you had to choose from those two options, which would you pick?

R&C has the advantage of giving you a great view of Iluminations.

Hmmm, we probably won't be there late enough to stay for Illuminations. So the food is good at either pick, or just ok?
