Dinner at CM & Wishes

Having dinner at Chef Mickey's & would love to be able to watch Wishes afterwards. Is there any place at The Contemporary where I can do so? I know there is the desk up at California Grill but wasn't sure we'd be able to get up here since we are not eating there.

there is an observation deck on the 4th floor. I'm sure it fills up early. There is also a bridge between BLT and the Contemporary but you may not be able to access that unless you are staying at BLT.

The 4th floor observation desk which is located on the other side of Chef Mickey's is the best location. However as it was already mentioned it can get crowded very fast, so another thing to factor is what time your ADR is and when you think everyone will be finished eating, along with seeing the characters.

With regards to the CA Grill observation deck, yes, you need to eat at CA Grill that night to be allowed to watch the fireworks. You can eat earlier in the night, but you will have to show your receipt to be allowed back up.
