Dinner at 1900 Park Faire - times?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a good time to go to the 1900 Park Faire dinner? I am thinking of doing a later dinner around 7pm. But wasn't sure if it was better to be there earlier. Thanks!

If you are concerned about character interaction or food freshness - no need to worry; that will be consistent through the evening. I think there are more young children if you eat early.

We generally eat late -- around 8:30 and found that as the restaurant empties the character interaction actually intensifies because there are less tables that still have guests. We had the best time ever last January, closing down the place with Lady Tremain and the stepsisters.

We are going to go at 4:30pm and then going to Epcot for Illuminations. It is the first seating. I decided to do this to minimize any wait time. I think this is the ADR I am most excited about.

The later the better in my opinion, we went at peak time there and were really disappointed. Very little character interaction , we are all older the youngest being 15, so maybe they were trying to spend more time with the little one, oh well

We plan to eat there on the 16'th of Dec @ 4:30. Not my ideal time to eat but we want to make it over to the MK for MVMCP and see the lights go on at the castle by 6. Eat and run.
