Dinner Aromas. What's Cooking?

One (only one) good thing about having all the windows shut tight is you can smell what's cooking. I just love the smell of brownies! And the aroma from the roast chicken in the crockpot is heavenly!

I've got a beef roast on the stove stewing with garlic, onion and basil and I'm boiling carrots to make a carrot soufflé. It smells heavenly.

HAven't started yet but since it's so warm here I'm going to fry shrimp outside so I don't have to smell it later!

corn and crab chowder. Luckily it doesn't smell fishy.

We don't feel like cooking so we are dining out this evening. There is a new seafood restaurant in the area and we happen to have a 2 for 1 coupon.
